The NOVMAR company celebration, organized every year, took place on December 29, 2023. It was special because it was associated with the launch and ceremonial dedication of a modern production line. In a message to employees, the president of the company engineer Wiesław Nowak, announced the opening of a new stage of NOVMAR's development, pointing to the opportunities offered to the company by the purchase and launch of technically advanced machinery. He thanked the employees for the good past months and outlined the tasks for the New Year, 2024, which promises to be very active and will require the mobilization of the efforts of the entire staff. 

NOVMAR's company Christmas Eve is always a rare opportunity to meet in one place all employees who do not see each other every day during the year because they perform contracts on projects in various places abroad. However, their schedule is organized in such a way that they can come to Krakow for Christmas and New Year and celebrate together.

This year, in addition to guests representing cooperating domestic companies and professors of the Krakow University of Science and Technology, there was a group of nearly 10 representatives of NOVMAR's foreign contractors from Scandinavia, who visited the newly commissioned production hall with interest.

The Company Festival on December 29, 2023, had its finale at the Stu Theater in Krakow, where in the evening, employees with their families and guests of the company holiday watched a performance prepared for them by the artists and management of the Stu Theater.
