industry
Construction, assembly,
service, modernization
and prefabrication
We deal with specialist industrial construction, assembly work on technological lines, servicing and modernization of existing facilities, especially pressure boilers in the power industry and in pulp and paper mills, as well as prefabrication of elements.
We operate in the following industries:
• Energy industry
• Pulp and paper industry
• Steel structures. • Fodder industry
• Aggregate industry
• Glass recycling
We perform prefabrication in our production plant:
- boiler pressure elements
- technological pipelines
- steel structures
We carry out full assembly:
• power and sodium boilers
• steel chimneys
• silos
• feed mills
• complete technological lines for the processing of stone and strip
• steel structures of factories, halls, bridges, stadiums and stations
• pipelines and transmission lines
• glass recycling lines
We operate mainly in Europe, but also in Africa, Asia and South America. In each case, we focus on high quality and timely fulfillment of our task. Thanks to this, we are a valued partner for many companies.

Welding
Our strong point
activities
The NOVMAR service and production plant operates based on standards
PN-EN ISO 3834-2 and PN-EN ISO 1090-2. Many years of experience in welding energy steels have resulted in the development and approval of many welding technologies WPQR. These technologies are recognized by such notified bodies as: UDT, TUV SUD, TUV Thuringen, or Force / Inspecta.
We specialize in welding low-alloy steels (gr. 1), steels for operation at elevated temperatures (gr. 4, 5, 6), austenitic steels (gr. 8), duplex steels (gr. 10) and their mixed combinations (in the full range diameters from ø10mm and thicknesses from 1mm). We also have extensive experience in welding SANICRO 38 (gr. 45), SANICRO 67 (gr. 43) clad pipes.
We have our own welders training and verification center. Welders can hone their skills in methods 111, 131, 135, 136 and 141. Welders are tested under the supervision of notified bodies. Our welders are highly appreciated by our customers all over the world.
The heat treatment
Experience
gained at construction sites
in whole Europe
We have six-channel inverter machines for heat treatment of welded joints. This equipment is equipped with a computer programming system with a remote control process. Our operators have appropriate training and certificates, and have gained experience on various construction sites all over Europe. We perform heat treatment and the process of pre-heating of welded joints at our own construction sites and for external customers.
Non-destructive
tests
Control
and inventory without
interference in the structure
The production plant houses an independent, internal NMLab laboratory operating in accordance with the PN-EN ISO / IEC 17025 standard. The NDT personnel has level II qualifications according to PN-EN ISO 9712.
We carry out the following tests for our own needs, as well as provide services to external clients:
• X-ray - RT,
• Ultrasonic - UT,
• Magnetic-particle - MT,
• Penetration - PT,
• Visual - VT,
• tightness tests,
• Measurements of hardness and thickness,
We also carry out non-destructive tests of the wall thickness of pipelines and pressure devices on technological installations in order to create the base corrosion characteristics of individual objects for the subsequent determination of corrosion losses. We also control production and measuring instruments for production.
