We make the ordered prefabrications in our own production plant in Balice, near Krakow
The NOVMAR production plant was established in 2011. It is located near the A4 motorway, next to the Krakow - Balice airport. As a result, it has excellent logistics conditions, allowing for fast and timely delivery of products to any place in the world. Currently, the production area of the plant is approx. 2,500 m2, and it is supplemented by 800 m2 of warehouse and office space. The crew consists of employees with many years of experience gained during the 30 years of the company's existence. Continuous improvement of qualifications and professional improvement of employees is extremely important to us. For this purpose, we have created a system of periodic trainings. We train welders. We teach them new welding technologies needed to work on commissioned projects abroad.
We specialize in welding black steels, boiler steels, stainless steels and aluminum with various methods. We have an independent quality control unit on the premises of the plant, which constantly monitors the quality of our production.
We have modern machines and tools for machining and welding. We manufacture steel structures, mainly pipeline components, but also silos, bases, supports, air and flue gas ducts. In 2020, the "Novmar" facility in Balice near Krakow underwent a thorough reconstruction and modernization of the industrial plant, over which a comfortable and modern office space was created. This made it possible to move the company's headquarters here permanently, which is now located at: Balice, ul. Przemysłowa 23a.

Two-stage renovation of the soda boiler;
Stage one: Modernization consisting in replacement of complete superheaters. Removal of the old and installation of new elements was carried out through the opening in the front wall of the boiler with the use of a specially designed and constructed ramp.
Stage two: Modernization works - replacement of seals and repair of damaged pipes in the economizer of the first boiler.
Fray Bentos, Uruguay
A complicated renovation of the boiler, consisting in the replacement of the bottom and some of the accompanying pipelines. Bottom material: SAN38 / P265GH. Renovation completed successfully in accordance with the schedule, maintaining the high quality of the work performed.
Modernization of the Evaporation Plant
Modernization of the Evaporation Plant consisting in disassembly of the old and assembly of new units 1, 2, 3 and all accompanying pipelines. Welding with 141 and 111 methods of pipes and channels made of material 1.4162 and 1.4462. The scope of work also included non-destructive testing.
The scope of work included disassembly and assembly:
- System 1, 2 air with devices and ducts
- Air recirculation system
- Ash transport line with channels and devices
- Burners with accessories
- System of fuel feeders and chutes
- Measurement system
- Superheaters 1,2 with collectors
- Installation of the SNCR line
The contract also included comprehensive NDT services for the investment
Scope of work:
Boiler wall conversion - air openings 1, 2, 3, burners, modification of channels, platforms. Replacement of Economizer elements - 2 towers with collectors, Installation of housing for new economizer elements, collectors, manholes. Modification of Eco chutes. Modification of service platforms

Disassembly and assembly works of a new cullet segregation line with the use of the most modern devices (drum furnace, separators, screens and optoelectric devices for segregating colored glass). The scope also included the assembly of elevators, chutes, belt conveyors as well as compressed air lines and dedusting channels. Capacity of the modernized line - 30 tons / h
Kijov, Czech Republic
General contracting for the construction of the entire facility - steel structure, installation of equipment, electrical and automatic installations, facade and roofing. The project also included the delivery of approx. 600 tons of steel structure, façade elements and roof covering.
Feed and premix factory
Prototype facility, one of the largest in the world for the production of feed and various types of additives. Installation of the entire technological line and assistance at start-up. Installation of insulation on pipeline elements and devices. Additionally, delivery of 149 silos
Construction of pollution reduction installations
Construction of a new installation to reduce the level of pollution in a coal-fired power plant. The scope of works included a new installation building, installation of devices and flue gas ducts, installation of electrostatic precipitators and modernization of the boiler with adaptation to cooperation with the new installation.
Reconstruction of the power plant
In 2011, the Vasilikos power plant was destroyed in a massive ammunition explosion at a nearby military unit. The reconstruction and modernization of boilers 1 and 2 was undertaken by the Novmar company. The scope included repair and reconstruction of boilers, accompanying devices, steel structure of facilities, air and flue gas ducts and insulation.
