The annual NOVMAR Company Celebration took place on December 30, 2024 and, as always, brought many unforgettable moments. This day has already become our tradition, and this year's event was full of emotions, shared experiences and joyful emotions.

We started with a welcoming mass and speeches, during which President Wiesław Nowak thanked the entire team for their great commitment in the past year. He emphasized how important common goals and actions that lead Novmar to further successes.

There was also no shortage of artistic experiences – a wonderful concert by the Krakus band put us in a festive mood and provided many impressions. During the flower workshops, participants could show their creativity by creating beautiful compositions.

The dinner, served in a beautifully decorated hall, was an opportunity to talk, exchange experiences and memories – especially for those employees who work on contracts abroad on a daily basis and have rare opportunities to meet in person.

The Novmar Festival is not only a time to sum up, but also to look into the future. This day reminded us how important our joint work, commitment and mutual support are. Together with our co-workers, contractors and guests, we created an atmosphere that will remain in our memories for a long time.
