A special feature of employment at NOVMAR is work performed practically throughout the year outside the country, on projects abroad. That is why our people do not have the opportunity to meet in Poland too often, except for one completely exceptional day a year, when at NOVMARU's headquarters at ul. Przemysłowa in Balice, at the end of December, our internal company holiday takes place. In the year just ended, 2022, this holiday day was December 29.

There were thanks, good wishes for the New Year, fruitful and safe work from the President of the Company, Wiesław Nowak, as well as guests and friends of NOVMAR. There was, of course, Christmas refreshments and a glass of wine, but this year the program did not end there. All employees with accompanying persons received invitations to an evening concert at the Krakow Philharmonic.

The Krakow Philharmonic performed for them that evening the pastoral oratorio "Bethlehem Star over the Tatras" by Wiesław Nowak, Andrzej Zarycki and Elżbieta Kuryło. The audience had many wonderful artistic experiences listening to the orchestra and choir of the Krakow Philharmonic under the direction of Janusz Wierzgacz and soloists led by Mateusz Prandota. There was no end to the hot applause, and the hall, filled to the last seat, demanded encores.
