You are Family of Novmar to me. For good and for bad. Forever.

I am very grateful for your work, and above all, that we are together. On construction sites and in the office.

I regret. That the variable and complicated law is not favorable to the employee and employers.

But we've been going for over three decades. We will persevere, because your experience and vast knowledge give hope and maybe even give meaning to my life.

Wherever I am, my thoughts and heart are always with you.

The Novmar festival is already a beautiful tradition that connects us all: believers and doubters.

And I still believe, good God, that You will always help us.

I finish by asking myself what I give to the company and what the company gives to me.
