Without the removal of systemic barriers and the tangle of unnecessary or defective regulations, without a clear legislative process that meets the standards of social consultations, we are not able to develop business and create a state and its institutions that are friendly and easy to use for citizens and entrepreneurs - this is the main conclusion of the 18th Forum Entrepreneurs organized by the Krakow branch of Polska Press - "Dziennik Polski" and "Gazeta Krakowska" - together with leading economic organizations and business environment institutions. For years, its most important idea has been to listen to the voices of business people and convince politicians and officials to their arguments.

The theme of the 18th Conference, which took place on November 24, at the Krakow Economic Salon of the National Bank of Poland and online, was the slogan "(Little) - Poland easy to use". M. in of the panel "Simple law, simple taxes, simple public authority", the question was whether simple and stable tax regulations are possible? This topic has come up many times before at the Małopolska Entrepreneurs' Forum, in which the company's president participated, as every year "Novmar" from Krakow, Wiesław Nowak. He repeats many times, just like the participants of the tax panel of this year's conference, that companies need stability and predictability of regulations the most, because only then an entrepreneur has a chance to plan anything, develop the company, and employ people.

Unfortunately, hastily created regulations, often changed, do not provide such an opportunity. And at the beginning of the year we were dealing with a package of tax decisions that were not understood not only by entrepreneurs but also by tax advisors.
